Max has helped firms with millions of sqft streamline their lease comprehension, summarization, abstraction, CAM, and underwriting processes, saving lots of time and significantly reducing costs. He has 23 years of experience working in technology as a hands-on developer, strategist, and leader. Prior to building Lumi, he was leading AI development for firms such as EBSCO, Lexis Nexis, Wolters Kluwer, and other Fortune 500s. He is also the organizer of the annual Flower City AI conference, and a contributing author of the book "AI Powered Search".
